Every item is 100% guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the shipping date, and we will gladly exchange or issue a credit/refund original form of payment. The shipping and processing charges are not refundable. If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged bringing your merchandise total below the offer's qualifying level, the value of the offer will be deducted from your total refund. To ensure proper handling of your return please use the following guidelines:

  1. Please go to https://row.ups.com/GuestAccess/Guest/Entry?Company=bb77d4a3-0fd1-43c2-a64b-7573a610a8cd to print your UPS shipping label.
  2. Please click “Continue as Guest” and complete the shipping label with your own address. A label will be generated that you can either print out directly or choose “Save as PDF” instead of a printer. In case you need to print or save the label again you can simply refresh the page in your browser
  3. Complete the bottom return portion of your invoice and put it in the package with the selected item(s). Place the UPS shipping label on the outside of the package. If possible, use the original packaging.
  4. Take the package to the nearest UPS store. Find a UPS store near you: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US.
    Please note a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount. Please allow 2 weeks for processing returns.
  5. Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation email showing your refund. Please note it may take 2-3 business days before the refund is posted to your account.

To ensure proper handling of your return please use the following guidelines: 
  1. Use the original package in which the merchandise was shipped. 
  2. Include the return form from the bottom of your invoice which includes the barcode.
    Be sure to keep the top portion of your invoice for your records.
  3. Select the carrier of your choice (all return shipping for Canada must be paid by customer).
  4. Keep a copy of the return shipping receipt and tracking # for your personal records.
  5. Send the package to the address below:
