Order By Mail or Fax
Fill out all necessary portions of the order form, found in the center of the catalog.
Verify that the name and address printed on the order form are correct. Please include a
telephone number in case we need to contact you about your order. If paying by credit card,
please sign the order form where indicated, and enter your card number and expiration date.
Mail orders can be paid by personal check, bank draft (drawn on U.S. Banks only), money order
or credit card.

catalog. Sign your order form and enter your credit card number, expiration date, and a

Place your Internet order with confidence. We employ all best practices to ensure the

International Orders
We are currently able to offer shipping to the following locations:
- Canada
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands
Orders ship via U.S. Postal Service to US Territories and Global Mail, Inc to
Canada. Express shipping is not available at this time.
Any applicable duty and taxes are added to your merchandise total for Canadian orders.

Returns and Exchanges - United States and Territories
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from
the shipping date, and we will gladly exchange or issue a credit/refund of the purchase price.
Shipping and Processing Charges are not refundable. Please allow up to thirty days for credit
refunds to process. To ensure proper handling of your return please use the following
guidelines:
- Use the original package in which the merchandise was shipped.
- Include the Exchange/Return form from the bottom of your invoice, and indicate whether you
are exchanging or returning merchandise. Be sure to keep the invoice portion for your records.
- If requesting an exchange, complete the REORDER FORM on the reverse side of the invoice.
- Affix the postage paid merchandise return label from the bottom of your Exchange/Return
Form to the package.
- Leave it with your mail carrier or take it to the post office.
- A $6.95 return shipment and processing fee is automatically deducted from your merchandise
credit or refund check. If you prefer you may use the carrier of your choice and pay the
shipping costs.

If you are exchanging merchandise we will pay for return shipping and processing fees,
and your new merchandise will be shipped free of charge.

If you are exchanging merchandise, your new merchandise will be shipped free of charge.
Canadian Taxes and Duty:
- Contact your local Canada Customs & Revenue/CBSA Casual Refund Centre office for refund
of Duty and Tax on returned merchandise.
- Complete the CBSA form B2G (Informal Adjustment Request) for Refunds of Taxes and Fees
(local Post Office will advise about appropriate form to use)
- Please provide the proof of taxes and fees paid by charge card to Ulla Popken.
- Provide proof that merchandise was returned to Ulla Popken
- Canada Customs & Revenue/CBSA Casual Refund Centre will issue a refund to you
- All Duty and Tax Fees collected by Ulla Popken, LTD are forwarded to CBSA by Global Mail, Inc. Global Mail, Inc.
and Ulla Popken, Ltd. are not responsible for issuing refunds for these fees. For your convenience, we provide a link to the CBSA B2G form required to request a refund directly from Canada Border Services. Additional information can be obtained from the CBSA website.

Gift certificates are available for online purchase in amounts from $25 - $500. Along with
your gift certificate purchase we will also send a copy of our latest catalog. To order Gift
Certificates online, click here.
To order gift certificates by mail or fax, simply write Gift Certificate in the item description column on
the order form and indicate the amount you desire. To order by phone, call Customer Service
